• A host of Utilization Management programs that have been developed to offer protection to your plan from inappropriate expenditures while providing employees with vital coverage information prior to treatment. Examples are: inpatient pre-certification, inpatient/outpatient surgical pre-certification, large case management, pre-certification of inpatient or outpatient mental health/substance abuse treatment.
• Employees/Employers have access to our Customer Service Unit via a toll free line to receive timely information about their benefits, claims and eligibility.
