Aetna Individual Product for Pennsylvania and Delaware
Now that Aetna's Individual Voluntary Product is back being handled by the Small Group Team, many of you who sell the Aetna Individual Product in Pennsylvania and/or Delaware have inquired how to set up a link to the Aetna site on your website. Here are the instructions we have received:
1) Log in to Producer World https://www.aetna.com/producers/ 2) Select "Individual" - under Market Segments 3) Under Business Tools, see top left, go to the bold topic Quoting & Status Tools 4) Click "Check Enrollment Status" 5) Select your state 6) On the next screen, scroll to the bottom and click "Proceed". 7) Select "IPS Sales Link Generation Tool" from the menu on the right side of the page. 8) Complete the form and sign it, you can now download your link and the instructions for using it.
