We simplify the benefits administration process using tools such as web enrollment and e-reporting while posting globally accessible plan information to your customized site. We also give you, the group administrator, access to an award-winning, invaluable HR Administrator Reference Desk. This website offers you and your employees convenient, 24-hour access to valuable benefit information through the following capabilities:

  • Enroll or terminate an employee online
  • Update employee information such as address, coverage elections, dependent and beneficiary information
  • Online access to summary plan descriptions and plan documents
  • Order materials such as ID cards, benefit booklets and claim forms
Claim Status Look Up Brokerage Concepts, Inc. provides you and your employees easy access to claim status through your customized website. Additionally, if they have questions regarding the information they obtain they can simply e-mail their questions to BCI and the appropriate analyst will respond within 24 - 48 hours. (Note: all information is provided in a HIPAA compliant format.)
Provider Look Up You and your employees have the ability to locate a participating provider through up-to-date on-line PPO directories.
