In 2006, the New York State Insurance Department approved the acquisition of Brokerage Concepts, Inc. by HealthNow New York Inc., a diversified and growing health and benefits plan serving people throughout New York State since 1936. This strategic alliance enabled BCI to move into New York markets while significantly broadening both the customer base and product offerings for HealthNow.
